Frogs legsSunday 06.06.2010 06:41 AMHi All
I visited a cafe called crčpe de maison, located opposite the Musče du louve and tried for the very first time frogs legs. It was slightly odd when I first saw the plate of half chopped up frogs and to tell you the truth the taste was quite ordinary, not necessarily in a bad way but it wes kinda a mixture of chicken and fish if you can picture that. I probably wont be racing back to get more frogs legs it was mainly for the experience. The legs were fried then drizzled with a garlic and parsley sauce. Worth a try if you are ever in France.
